Services and Purchases

Epitaphion products and services may be sold directly by us or through authorized resellers. Unless otherwise stated, our services are offered as a lifetime plan for a one-time purchase. However, we reserve the right to modify pricing, introduce recurring fees, or change service plans at any time based on market conditions. We also reserve the right to discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at our discretion.

User Content and Rights

By uploading material to our platform, you grant Epitaphion and its resellers the rights to host, display, and make the material publicly accessible to anyone who has the corresponding link. You acknowledge and accept that uploaded material may become publicly available and that Epitaphion is not responsible for the nature, quality, or legality of such material. You remain solely responsible for the content you upload. This includes any text, images, or other materials submitted by you or shared through the platform. Epitaphion disclaims all liability for user-generated content.

Public Contributions and Comments

Memorial pages may allow contributions from third parties who access them through a link or by scanning a QR code. Such visitors may add text, dedications, or comments. You, as the user, acknowledge that Epitaphion is not responsible for any content uploaded by third parties. To support you in managing this content, we provide tools to remove unwanted contributions, and you will also receive an email notification whenever new content is added to your page. While we may monitor, edit, or remove content that we consider illegal, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, we are under no obligation to do so.

Content Responsibility

You agree not to upload or allow others to upload content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains offensive, defamatory, or harmful material. Epitaphion reserves the right to remove such content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

Images and visual representations of products shown on the Epitaphion website are for reference purposes only. Actual products may differ in appearance, materials, or details from those displayed online.
